Refund Policy
We have a 30 day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ecoversify.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift vouchers.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and process the refund.
